I am starting this blog to inform and encourage people to their personal best!
One of my favorite things to do is encourage others to reach their goals. It is so fulfilling to see people decide to make a positive change in their lives, and help them accomplish it! I have recently decided to follow my passion and get my Personal Training Certification. However, it has been a long time since I was in school. I definitely need to rebuild my study skills!
I will be preparing for my exam for the next 12 weeks. I am continuing to help others all along the way. I am teaching a weekly Cardio Class as well as group training for the Country Music Half Marathon in April.
