Protein Smoothie Popsicles

It’s getting warm outside which means the kids will be asking for popsicles! I found this super easy recipe in “The Eat-Clean Diet for Family & Kids” book.  It’s loaded with protein and fruit, and the kids love them! – so do the adults 🙂

Protein Smoothie Popsicles

Ingredients:

2 cups plain low-fat yogurt

2 scoops vanilla-flavored protein powder

2 cups frozen berries

1/4 cup agave nectar

Preparation:

1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Process until just combined.

2. Pour into popsicle molds or Dixie cups with a popsicle stick centered in the mixture.  Freeze.
