This is a quick and easy recipe found in the May 2010 issue of Oxygen Magazine, a supporter of clean eating.
In a medium-size pot, prepare 1/2 cup uncooked whole wheat penne according to package directions. When 3 minutes remain, add 15 frozen cooked shrimp, and when 1 minute remains add 1 cup frozen broccoli florets. Drain. Return pasta mixture to pot and add 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce. Add red pepper flakes and garlic powder as desired. Cook until contents begin to bubble, about 3 minutes.
(This is 2 servings, so you would need to double it to serve a family of 4.)
