This week’s challenge: Walking Lunges
I love this challenge because you can do it anywhere – on the way to the copier at work, the mailbox at home, around the grocery store if your brave. 🙂 Be creative! You have all day each day to complete this challenge – you don’t need to do them all at once. When you have a minute of free time during the day, get some reps in.
Beginners – do 50 Walking Lunges every day this week
Intermediate – do 75 Walking Lunges every day this week
Advanced – do 100 Walking Lunges every day this week
You will be really sore on Wednesday, but work through the soreness. However, don’t over-do it! Don’t try to do the advanced levels if you are a beginner. It will only lead to frustration and/or injury. Make sure you are focusing on form when doing walking lunges! Do not let your knee go past your toes, as this puts added stress on your knees.
