Weekly Challenge – 6.13.10

This week is about variety. Do a different form of cardio for at least 30 minutes every day this week! It’s important to push yourself. Whatever cardio you choose, work to your full potential! Don’t give anything less than 100%. You can only get as much out of your workout as you put into it!!
