Weekly Challenge – 9.6.10

Your challenge this week is pretty simple: Jump Rope! You can purchase a cheap jump rope at most stores, or you can just pretend to have one. 🙂  Jump roping is a fun way to work in some good cardio. Jump at a steady pace, allowing you to complete the recommended time.

Beginners – 20-30 minutes a day

Intermediate – 30-45 minutes a day

Adavanced – 45-60 minutes a day

We can all do this! Ready, Set, Go!
