In preparation for The Middle Half Marathon in Murfreesboro, TN this Saturday, I want everyone to train with me this week. I need all the support I can get! 🙂 This week’s challenge is a little harder because you have to complete it all at once every day, BUT it should take less than 30 minutes a day. I want everyone to complete at least a mile every day this week.
Beginners – walk
Intermediate – jog (walk/jog intervals are great too!)
Advanced – run (walk/run intervals are great too!)
Get in your car and find a route in your neighborhood, or go to your local park, or even get on the treadmill at the gym if that’s your only option, but get moving! If you have time to do more than a mile, do it! But we can all complete one mile a day…Ready, Set, GO!
