This is a week of 100s…everyday we are going to 100 of something!
Monday: 100 Walking Lunges (beginners without weights, advanced with 10 pounds or more)
Tuesday: 100 Push-Ups (beginners on knees, advanced on toes)
Wednesday: 100 Squats (beginners without weights, advanced with 10 pounds or more)
Thursday: 100 Dips (beginners with bent knees, advanced with straight legs)
Friday: 100 Crunches
Remember, you have all day to complete this challenge – you don’t have to do all 100 at one time. When you get a chance throughout the day, get some reps in. We can all do this…Ready, Set, GO!
