This cold weather really gets me down! I have to try extra hard to get a workout in everyday during the winter. But after I do, I ALWAYS feel better!! One thing that really helps me is having a friend as a workout partner. I’m lucky to have a lot of great family and friends to workout with!
The challenge this week is a little different – Workout with a friend at least 3 days this week. Make the effort this week to call some friends and schedule workouts together. Don’t wait for them to call you! Schedule at least 3 workouts with a friend this week, just like you would schedule a doctor’s appointment, and DON’T skip them.
You could get together at your house and do a workout dvd, or meet a friend at a mutual gym, or simply go to the park with some friends for a walk or run. Working out together not only creates accountability and encouragement, but it’s way more fun!
