This week’s challenge is one of my favorites because you can do it anywhere! Walking lunges are a GREAT overall lower body move that focuses on balance and stability (working your core), while working all your leg muscles at the same time. Really focus on form; don’t let your front knee go beyond your toes. Try to get a 90 degree angle in that front leg, dropping your back knee toward the ground.
You have all day to complete this challenge – do some on your way to the mailbox, to the copier at work, from the couch to the sink to fill up your water bottle, etc. Get creative!
Beginners – 50 walking lunges every day
Intermediate – 75 walking lunges every day
Advanced – 100 walking lunges every day
