Weekly Challenge – 5.23.11

This week’s challenge is coming to you late!  I am working hard on hosting my first 5k race benefitting our local food bank.  (Register now http://bit.ly/gvVB1G)

Your challenge this week is to run (or walk) 5k at least 3 days!  5k is 3.1 miles. This can be done outdoors or on a treadmill. You don’t have to complete this challenge all at once, get in some walking on your lunch break, and finish up after work for example.

We can all do this – Ready, Set, GO!
