Weekly Challenge 7.11.11

This week’s challenge is nutritional.  Pack your own food, enough for the whole day, and take it with you every day this week.  The biggest downfall when trying to eat healthy is poor planning! Plan ahead, and you’ll be prepared for cravings and emotional eating.
