I am SO excited for all the great things going on at Hether Crawford Fitness! 2013 looks to be a FANTASTIC year, and I hope you will join us! You will notice a lot of new class options on the schedule, as well as some new members to the Hether Crawford Fitness team!!
I am so happy to welcome Ashley Siebert to my team! Look for her on Thursday nights leading Kickboxing, and on some Saturdays leading Boot Camp, as well as one-on-one Personal Training.
I am also super happy to welcome Cory Chapman to the team! He’s known as the hype-man, and you can find out why on Monday and Thursday mornings when he leads Boot Camp.
Another exciting team addition is Wendy Michelle! She offers one-on-one Nutrition Coaching, as well as some one-on-one Personal Training.
One important change on the schedule is that Hether Crawford Fitness is no longer able to provide childcare during classes. Please know this was not an easy decision to make, as I deeply want fitness to be a convenient option for everyone. However difficult the decision, it is a necessary to ensure the future of Hether Crawford Fitness, and the ability to continue in our pursuit of helping our community lead active, healthy lifestyles.
